In our NAAC Accredited College, with B grade, the Department of English bears its own identity. English is a compulsory subject for all students of B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. Besides, every year a number of students offer English as an optional subject to study language and literature. We all know that English is an International and world-wide language. It’s stored the knowledge of the whole world. English attained unprecedented importance in the present scenario of liberalization, privatization and globalization. It is the language of law and administration, science and technology, trade and commerce. It is also a library language. In present time the need of acquire the knowledge of all branches is become compulsory to everyone.
